This is the first time I have had a website built.  As much as I know my way around the usual programs on a computer, the thought of building a website to something I would feel happy with was not a prospect I treasured. 

The Websmiths was recommended to me via a friend.  Steve immediately contacted me back and we chatted about what I was after; I gave a few web addresses of sites I liked the look of.  A short while later, and we were back on the phone, and the technical aspects of each site were explained to me.  It was apparent everything was very much under control and I was told to leave it with him.  A couple of days later, I got an email with a link into my site in its production stage.  Things moved quickly, and the only hold up was me producing the text. 

With some good direction, I have a website that looks great and within a fortnight of going live is at the top of page 1 on a google search. 

How can you beat that!

After numerous attempts at creating our own website and getting nowhere, we contacted Steve the owner of TheWebsmiths, which we all at ICHI believe is the best option we took. After a meeting with Steve that took only 3-4 hours we had a whole new concept for our site, Steve redesigned it to a level we could not possibly imagine, and to see this designed and constructed before my eyes was a treat to have. Every tweak to an image or a colour was just making the site more and more perfect.

Even after the site was live on the web Steve was at hand with more ideas and help. Including adding a Forum to our site, which for what we are aiming for in our promotions work was definitely needed and a perfect way to keep in contact with people. Even down to any additions we made by ourselves to the site that were incorrect, Steve would be at hand to correct them.

Web Design, construction and after service help all in one package..??? Hardly ever heard of!!...But Steve was the man and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, therefore we christened him "WEB JEDI"

I was having a bit of trouble finding the right people to design & host our site, when a friend of mine strongly recommended Steve Sproston.

From the minute we spoke to Steve back in January, & took on his services to design, & host our e-commerce website, the internet side of our business has been a breeze!

Of all the companies that supply services to us, I can honestly say that none have been as much of an assett to this company, as Steve Sproston at TheWebSmiths!

On the design side, Steve seems to have an un-canny ability to know what we're talking about, and to transform verbal instructions into form, extremley accuratley. Plus, any changes that need to be made, he makes very quickly (most of the time, whilst I'm on the phone to him!).

His knoweldge & experience I would say has saved us quite a lot of money, as he is able to advise us properly on all aspects of designing & running the site. Whilst borrowing this kind of knowledge, you don't need to make costly mistakes!

With regard to hosting, I am just as impressed, we rarely have any problems, & if we ever do, he's on to them so quickly that we only find out about it when he lets us know that its fixed!

If Steve put his fee's up by double tomorrow, I can say quite truthfully that I wouldn't quibble!
